Before MSN Messenger was released, I was using ICQ and it worked great. However, I didn’t take long before they started to load the program with lots of ads. A few weeks later, Microsoft released MSN Messenger. Back then, messenger was actually pretty smooth and cool. But it was only a matter of time, before Microsoft went the same way as the creators of ICQ. Today, messenger is stuffed with annoying advertisement and superfluous boxes. Luckily there is an easy way to change this. Go to A-Patch and download the A-Patch file. Unzip it, and run it. Be sure to shut down your messenger before running the program. Now you have all the options you need to fully customize the entire look of you msn messenger. The entire process is done in less than 5 minutes, and it works perfectly.

Paul Arden is the author of the two great books, It’s Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want to Be and Whatever You Think, Think the Opposite. Both books are short (roughly 100 pages) and easily read. A few hours will do the job, and the time spent, is well worth it! I bought both books on Amazon for a very fair prize of something close to $4 each. It’s not easy to find any good arguments, why you should not read these books.

It’s Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want to Be
This is a small book which explains you how to make to most of yourself. And it is done in a cool and funny way. Paul is using funny pictures, big letters, and phrases which make you feel great. A pocket bible for the talented and timid to make the unthinkable thinkable and the impossible possible.
Whatever You Think, Think the Opposite
This is a follow up to his first book. He continuous his great work with his thoughts on bad decisions. I am sure this book can make you feel better when you are having the worst time of your life. This book explains the benefits of making bad decisions. It shows how risk is your security in life. And why unreason is better than reason. It´s about having the confidence to roll the dice.
If you need to boost your self-confidence a bit, there is no better way to do it, than to read these two books. I can read them over and over again. I think these books are even more precious to entrepreneurs. They can really give you the last push, to get you started. Start now and in about 2 hours you will feel better about yourself.
Translate My Blog

I have thought about this ever since I started using Google Analytics, and I have finally decided to give it a shot. Most of my visitors are from the United States, followed by Europe. When looking at the world map at Google analytics, I always think about the potential visitors from other countries, which don’t come here, because of the langue barrier. Although many people comprehend English, I am certain a lot of them, prefer to read text in their own langue. So I thought about getting my articles translated into as many different languages as possible. Obviously I don’t have the skills or the time to do so. So here is an offer to those of you, who can do a perfect translation into another language. You do a free translation and I give you a link back. You choose which article you want to translate. Just let me confirm it before you start. You can throw a comment or sent me an email.
Midas

According to Wikipedia this is the definition of Midas:
In Greek mythology, Midas (in Greek, Μιδας, often referred as King Midas) is popularly remembered for his ability to turn everything he touched into gold: the “Midas touch”.
Midas is also the name of a new blog, created by my good friend Søren. I met Søren when I started at Copenhagen Business School. He is a cool, down-to-earth, kind of guy, and he is on his way to build a great blog, about investments. This is one hell of a niche blog, and you can be sure he knows what he is talking about. I have been looking a bit into Forex before, but like 90% of everyone who does, I stopped it after a few days. Talking to Søren about this, and reading his blog, made me change my mind. This is extremely interesting, and specially when talking to someone who knows what he is doing. I have decided to start out carefully, with a demo account, and follow some of his advices, to see if this can be profitable in the long run. If you are into daytrading, forex, or any other kind of investing, be sure to follow his blog. The only downside of it all is that Søren just went to study abroad in Vienna for half a year. Although he promised me to keep the blog updated, I know from personal experience that studying abroad is hard work! There are a lot of beers to drink, and just as many hangovers to cure. But I am certain he will do his best to keep us updated. Go and check it out.

As of today I have decided to sell a tiny bit of space on my blog, for advertising. These will be in the left sidebar below the RSS icon. The price will be $ 100 for one month. However, I am a flexible guy, and open for suggestions. So if you want to discuss possibilities like link-exchange, discount, different locations, size, etc. don’t hesitate to contact me.
